Our classes are sooooo much fun. My daughter is just now old enough to
take them - and she LOVES them. Of course, she's done the Healthy Girls DVD repeatedly (almost ad nauseum), but to actually be there and be a part of the excitement and enthusiasm is something else altogether. The girls don't even know that they are learning anything - they think they're just having fun!! I've seen a ton of gauky, uncoordinated girls go into ourclasses hanging their heads and not making eye contact - only to see them come out of the session with a new confidence that is literally written all over their faces. They stand straigher, their shoulders are back, their heads are held high and they're making eye contact - and actually initiating conversations. It's beautiful to see - and even better to be a part of.
